Pet Policy
|
| Pets are welcome at the Lodge as long as they are
not destructive or disturbing. We ask that owners pick up after their loved ones and will happily provide little
brown bags and gloves for the dirty duty. It is a given that you assume responsibility for any damage done
by your pet. A $35.00 charge is assessed for pets whether they stay one day or a week. |

Smoking Policy
|
| The Frio Canyon Lodge is a non-smoking property.
A cleaning/deodorization fee of $100.00 will be assessed to individuals not honoring this policy. |

Cancellation
Policy
|
| During the Off Peak season, the Lodge requires 72 hours
notice regarding cancellations. During the Peak season we require one-week notice.
If we are able to rebook the room there will be no penalty charged for the cancellation. If we are not able
to rebook the room, then you will be assessed a $50 charge. You must call for a cancellation number. |

Discounts
|
|
The Frio Canyon Lodge offers a 10% discount to
members of the groups listed below for stays Sunday through Thursday nights, off peak season only. Some weekends
during the off-season also are eligible for discounted rates.
Continental
Airlines Employees, Peace Officers, Fire Fighters, and Active Military
Individuals booking all 10 rooms during the off-season
also may receive a discounted rate.

|
| The Frio Canyon Lodge is a perfect place for your
special occasion. We have hosted Weddings, Parties, Reunions, Business Meetings, Retreats. For events that
would utilize the entire property, please contact Connie Tidwell at 830-232-6800 to discuss the details of
your event and the availability of the Lodge |

touch with event coordinators, decorators, florists or any other type of service provider to make your event
special and memorable.
